A great business mentor of mine had told me a story that one day he went on a trip to florida with a group of masterminded people. They were a group of people that was looking to take their business to the next level. He then mentioned that, while they were hanging out they were talking about how each one of them had an experience that had shut them down. What caught his attention the most was when a lady had had told her experience in her first month of network marketing. How it was so traumatizing that it shut her down. But since then she had a big break through. Kody Batemen calls this "break down" in his book MLM blueprint. These type of shut down happens in different types of opportunities which we all experienced. Some shut downs can drain all your energy and some can just get you mad. As we know any type of car needs fuel in order for it to go. This concept goes the same for us network marketers. Use that madness for motivation, let that become your fuel to drive you to things you should be doing. So some of you have had shut downs that had happened in your business which had caused you to be more timid, cautious, anxious to make you go less then your full potential. Look at these situations and realize that they are not real it's just illusion and they are robbing you of your future. As professionals when faced with the shut down situation you will decide to gobble that negative experience, rejection, and that important person in your life that doesn't qwite support you the way you would like to be supported. It's amazing what can happened when you make that change. We are used to keeping that trailer with us, when all we have to do is pull out that pin and let it go.
So what to do when you get shut down?
Use it as fuel!
