Anything you need let me know

I know we all heard the statement "Anything you need let me know." Most of these statements  come from close friends, acquaintance, family friends which at the moment that it is mentioned you really feel that your trust towards them is so high. It's like your parents telling you as a kid, if your good you will get that toy you always wanted or when you graduate from  college you will get that car you dreamed about. Your expectations are so high that if it's broken you feel like your idea, goal or even your life is over. I had tend to believe that we as people should put our trust in a logic sense of direction. If we can start reading in between the lines, then it will make it a lot easier for you to take in information without catching feelings.

For example, If a person says " If you need anything let me know"

Step.1 If they are not helping your right at the moment then they either won't help you or by time they actually help you it will be done already.
Step 2. Ask yourself how often does that person do favors for you
Step 3. Just look at that person and listen when they are speaking because something may come out that will trigger you to know it will not get done.
Step 4. Have a back up plan

Just a little advice, don't put your trust in people but put it into a logic sense of direction.

Are you striving?

When a person is striving for something it means it's not easy. It's kind of like the expression we use "swimming upstream." Paul Harvey said, "you can tell when your on the road to success, it's up hill all the way." In fact,  if your not striving for something that's important in your life your probably not going to get it. We shouldn't just get into a raft to coast our way to victory or to success. Strive has to be complimented obviously with balance and recreation that can refuel us. So a person that strives without balance can get quite wary not only for themselves but for others. We know that there is no success without effort and many people tend to think success just shows up for them. No door has been opened up before you to just walk in with ease.  It takes patience, effort, and balance  for your strive to become successful.

Transparent

Transparent is a word that I know for myself I would never thought it could be useful in a entrepreneur lifestyle until now. Transparent to me means it allows people to see inside of you. It means your secure enough to be venerable which gives you a sense that what you believe, what you say and what you live  it's worth for some else to know or perhaps someone that is following you. I remember when I made the choice to no longer work for the corporate world and to become an independent leader, to be opened, and to be transparent. I realized imediately I was given up a piece of me to the people I was communicating with. For awhile, I was not sure if this is what I wanted to do that, I wanted to keep me for me. Then something click to me which I became to realize that every time I'm transparent, I'm opened and letting people inside of my life it draws them closer to me and me closer to them.  I never knew a successful leader over time that really helped people that didn't have transparency or authenticity within his or her life.

A leader believes that transparent means what I say is important but who I am is more important.

Number 1

Every idea that I ever had started with one. A thought is not a group thing it's a one thing. What makes one beautiful is that the moment that one is willing to share what you've learned, your thought, and your idea with someone else then that thought becomes a better thought.  We often thought that one is too small of a number to achieve greatness. In other words, you can't do it by yourself but it starts with one. Advice that was given by one of mentors is that "people like us are very valuable, very unique, and very important". So when we have an idea, thought, a dream it starts from you but don't let it end with you, because if it ends with you it really won't be a great accomplishment.  If your in a place where you want to help others, make a difference you will understand you can't do it by yourself. One of the things I understood about the number one is that you start small but you don't stay small.

There is a saying in south africa, "If you want to go fast go by yourself, but if you want to go far go with others."

How much of a impact do you make

Many times we think that we have to do something great or do something big to make an impact on people. What we have to understand is that we start small. A mentor of mine told me that "if you want to make a great impact on someone, start on making a small impact on them." In other words, don't try to wait on the day you win the lottery, don't try to wait on the day you get so big that you will  be able to do something thats amazing. Quit trying to do amazing things, do ordinary things today with great heart. See impact is more heart then anything else and when people see your heart and they realize that you care for them then even a small deed begins to make small impact upon them. Have you ever have someone do wonderful things for you but didn't do it with their heart? Even though you appreciated what they gave you but honestly did it make a impact on you. But then you have those who gave you their valuable possession. Themselves! So making an impact on others begins by caring, sharing, and having a heart for others.

If you give your heart first then whatever else you do it will make an impact on people.

Legacy beats Money

Everyone  knows the importance of money, but do you know how more important a legacy is.

Ask yourself what's your purpose on earth?

Do you use systems in your life?

Today, I had listened to a small video that was given by one my mentors and he mentioned that "anybody who knows me, knows that because I want to get things accompolished  as quickly as possible my life is filled with systems." What does this mean? Systems is refered as for example, an expressway, you can get on it and get to where you want to go which probably be much quicker. So to have a system in your life rather it's a way of travel, or even going to a restaurant. A person who has a system in life they become consistent in it and almost always they become better at it which it will allow them to get it done quicker.

Your not alone

I wanted to share with you an email  that I received from one of my mentors:

You Are Not Alone Marina and I just returned from Hawaii where we conducted a 3-day leadership training for a company incentive trip so no video today but I still have a message for you. You are not alone. I know it feels that way sometimes in our business.  It can be a lonely effort sometimes.  For the most part, you are calling on your own, meeting prospects on your own, driving to meetings on your own, etc. etc. But in your quest to fulfill your dreams in Network Marketing, you are NOT alone.  First, there are people in your company who are invested in your future.  Second, there are millions of people around the world doing exactly what you're doing right now.  And third, I'm your biggest fan and I KNOW you're going to make it to the top. I believe it, even if you don't right now. So if you're doubting yourself, borrow a little of that belief. You've got this.  It's going to take some work and some time, but it will all be worth it. Pressure

Pressure is something you and I feel everyday isn't it? It's nothing like feeling stressed,  having a lot of things to do, a lot of places to go, a lot of responsibilities, a little bit of over whelmed. During this stage we are asking ourselves, "How are we going to get it done?" Psychiatrist studies shows that stress is life  and that every human has to get use to it. We'll there is a truth about that. There is a certain amount of stress or pressure that you and I are going to feel everyday. Now, what I have determined is that many times it's not what happens to me, it's what happens in me. For example, you have two people who are in the same situation, same pressure,  same circumstance and ones tends do better then the other. That's because that person would understand it's not the outward pressure it's inward response. One of my older mentors  told me that "he determined a long time ago that he cannot always choose whats going to happen to me, but he can choose what is going to happen in me."

Self Control

There is a lot of things in life I can't control like your behavior, I can't control what life does to me today, which is a lot of things that you go through in life that you just hope every thing turns out well. For certainly you or I don't have control over it. But, I do have control over my self. The decisions I make, the thoughts I think they are mine. What is wonderful is almost all of success doesn't determine by things I can't control but it is determine by the things I can. So quite worrying about what you can't do, what you can't control and start worrying about the things you can control. The little things that are going to turn out big in your life like your decisions, attitudes, and values which is those things that make a difference.

Self control is a good word and it basically says we can't be and should be responsible for our selves.

Transportation

Transportation can mean a lot for a person who does a lot of it. For instance when delta tells you that you have flown over 4 million miles on them, and america airlines says you have flown over 2 million miles on them and so forth with other carriers then you know you have done a lot of transportation. But  isn't it amazing what it does for us. The fact that we can go to one place to another with such ease. Now can you imagine such barriers between transformation 100 or 200 years ago. The time that it took  things that we never  experienced because transportation was never fast nor easy. So today it means exposure, it means we can get exposed to things that one time people was not exposed too. We get to experience things that one time people was not able to experience. Here is a question for you! Forget the plane ride, the train ride, and the car ride. How about you! Are you taking people on a journey to where they need to be, or should be? Are you transporting people to a new level of living? I hope you are! Because here is what I learned by successful people that they don't take the journey alone they take someone with them.

So who are you taking with you on your journey that is going to make a difference in their life?

Getting Unstuck

We as humans are always stuck in situations.  So how do we get UNSTUCK? Now, this is difficult because you always get unstuck at the place where you get stuck. So when people want to get unstuck we tend to see them run a lot of times from the place they had got stuck. And I want to stop them and say they don't understand you got to go back to the place where you got stuck and ask yourself. What happen? And not to punish yourself or beat up yourself and realize what my mistake was and how do I get out of that mistake. See most of the problems we have in life within them hold the answers, but we are too impatient to pill back the problem to find the answer. We look at the problem in such a negative way that we don't even want to talk about it, think about it, and not even be near it and off we run. But just some advice, if you really want to get unstuck go to the place where you was stuck.

Do you have curiosity syndrome?

A person who has curiosity syndrome is when that persons life is always exciting and they are creative. This syndrome will allow that person to realize that there is a relationship between being curious and being creative. I'm pretty sure we all know these type of people that have that "been there, done that attitude." When a person is like that you mines well put their name in the obituary column. They are gone, finished just burnt out. Curious people they are going to live until they die and they are going to enjoy their life. They are not going to go through life trying to figure what happen to me, they are going to be looking everyday what is happening and making things happen.  

Curious people are creative and it's good to courage yourself  to develop that trait in your life , which is a choice. But do understand that you don't have to be boring, be curious and out of that become a creative individual.

Risk Taker

What does a risk taker do in their life? They are encouraging,  helping people to take steps that they had never taken before. Now why does a risk taker do that? We do that because we know the only way we can increase the capacity of growth is to get them where they never gone and to do what they have never done. You and I have heard of the definition INSANITY! Statements like " If I always do what I always done", "I always get what has already been gotten".  Whole bunch of people live this lifestyle everyday. Then they wonder why they are not getting more out of life, well they are not getting any more out of life because they are not giving more to life. See if you watching a baseball game you cannot steal second base by keeping one foot on first base , it's to far of a stretch. You always have to let go of something to get something better.

Which is what a Risk Taker do!

Overcome

There are two kinds of people in this world:

1. The one who makes it happen
2. The one who asks what happened

Circumstances

It's what happens to us, it's life. Everyday positively or negatively it comes to us. What I have learned is that, it's two kinds of people. There is that type of person that excepts their life, they get up everyday no matter what their circumstances are they just say "thats what it is". And they continue to go through their day just excepting whats happening to them. Similar to a temperature they are up and down which leaving their circumstances to control them, because they think they can't control their circumstances. Then there is another kind of person that gets up everyday not excepting life, they lead their life. They determine their priorities and choices. Now! Does negatively circumstances happen to them? Yes of course. I honestly don't think cause you lead your life you have less negatively happening to you then a person that excepts their life. The difference is not how life treats you, it's how you respond to life. So the circumstances that comes to life, the things that are negative or positive just life itself. Very uncertain perhaps out of our control but we can control our attitude, how we think about those circumstances.

I believe circumstances don't make you, we make our selves and then your circumstances will get better.

Alignment

My mother not to long ago and spoken to me about getting her body aligned and I used to look at her with a confused face expression. She sat me down and told me why she want that done. She mentioned that it is something that is kind of wonderful to her, but it's kind of new to me. In other words she  was getting rolfing on her body, which is something that I knew nothing about a few months ago. Basically, a person who has been trained in aligning the body correctly like a chiropractor who aligns our spines, but rolfing is a total physical body alignment. What I know just after  her few sessions she felt so much better physically which even made her walk better. I was amazed of what many sessions had done for her. If it's amazing what a few sessions would do for her physically as you align your physical body, then what would happen if we align ourselves spiritually, mentally with the people are around us?

Catching your fish

This past week I had went to my families vacation home in virginia. They have a home that is literally walking distance next to a beautiful lake that can lead you into north carolina. My wife's family love the outdoors in fact they had in betted in me that it's a must to be a fisher. Now, where I come from we eat fish but as far as catching them thats not our forte. But I was also taught to try something new that wouldn't hurt me. I ended up using my father in law's  fisher pole and while he was setting me up he told me some key factors that i needed to know.

1. Be patient
2. Relax and enjoy your surroundings
3. Once you get it, hold on to it and teach others

After I was told these three things I was up and ready to catch my fish. We first used worms which was allowing the fish to bite at it but I wasn't catching nothing. Then we had switched to live bait which was when I had experienced a feeling that I couldn't explain, I HAD CAUGHT MY FIRST FISH!. It was like a rush like as if I won a championship game, or being told I'm having another baby boy. Whoa! I had realized I was to happy, but then the feeling made me realize something. It made me realize that I have to transfer this same idea to my every day life, to my network profession. If I become patient and enjoy being around others that want to catch that success and hold on to it and help others then that time will come. After, I caught my first fish, the next 4 of them were coming easy. When I was sitting out on that lake I really had time to think.

What To Do When You Get Shut Down

A great business mentor of mine had told me a story that one day he went on a trip to florida with a group of masterminded people. They were a group of people that was looking to take their business to the next level. He then mentioned that, while they were hanging out they were talking about how each one of them had an experience that had shut them down. What caught his attention the most was when a lady had had told her experience in her first month of network marketing. How it was so traumatizing that it shut her down. But since then she had a big break through. Kody Batemen calls this "break down" in his book MLM blueprint. These type of shut down happens in different types of opportunities which we all experienced. Some shut downs can drain all your energy and some can just get you mad. As we know any type of car needs fuel in order for it to go. This concept goes the same for us network marketers. Use that madness for motivation, let that become your fuel to drive you to things you should be doing. So some of you have had shut downs that had happened in your business which had caused you to be more timid, cautious,  anxious to make you go less then your full potential. Look at these situations and realize that they are not real it's just illusion and they are robbing you of your future. As professionals when faced with the shut down situation you will decide to gobble  that negative experience, rejection,  and that important person in your life that doesn't qwite support you the way you would like to be supported. It's amazing what can happened when you make that change. We are used to keeping that trailer with us, when all we have to do is pull out that pin and let it go.

So what to do when you get shut down?


Use it as fuel!

There Are Weeds In Every Garden

Have you seen a sign that said "there are weeds in every garden"? When you think about this statement you think of landscaping right! Don't worry that is normal. There is a lesson for the networking community in this message. Here is that message, every company, every opportunity on planet earth has weeds aka challenges, problems, things that may bother you. There maybe an up line that isn't supporting you (weed), a challenge with the product (weed), maybe you went through compensation changes (weed), or someone in your group is trying to put you down, and hearing from people that your business is scam the list goes on. Now, that doesn't mean the garden is not just fine because there are weeds in every garden. The fact of the matter is, in every company there are challenges. Realistically, we as people have this urge, we get frustrated which we hear about these other companies that don't have any weeds, they are awesome, it's an amazing company, they have growth but you don't know about the weeds so people jump because I want to go to a place that has no weeds. But, you get there and guess what you find? Weeds are there too! They may look different, may have different roots, but it's still a challenge. Theres always going to be challenges in network marketing no matter where you go. Now there are situations where weeds just go out of control and the company just falls a part because no one is attending to the garden, then your forced to go find another place. So no matter where you go your going to be picking weeds, no matter where you go your going to deal with challenges, distractions and problems. What is our job? Our job is to become bigger then the problem, become the garderner not the complainer because if you become a complainer that will make you a weed.

Become that gardener and do what we know best, attend to that garden aka your organization!

Empower

Every successful leader empowers people. What has been discovered that insecure people don't empower anybody. So if your on a team with an individual who is insecure then they won't empower you, because they will be afraid that you will go out and do better then them. Insecure person won' ever be successful because they only think of their selves.  They go through life with a continue safety net so they will never  jump, because they understand that they are not emotionally, physically, and mentally able to take the pressure of the risk. But if we are secure, then we will empower others in fact we would truly want that persons success. The reason we have successful coaches is because we want them to be successful. We want to empower others so that they can be better then ourselves. A leader will consider  life a real disappointment if that leader doesn't have people that they have mentored go farther, go beyond and do a lot better then that leader. So leaders your success has to be determined not from what you have done but has to be determined by the people you have empower.

So go out make a difference and empower someone!

Envision

When we think of a person who has envision, we think of a person who can see further then what others can see. Most of us say a person can not only see further then what others can see but most of the time they can see before others can see. See envision gives us a tremendous advantage, it gives a picture, the whole picture, the total picture when most people just see a partner. But it also allows that person to see a picture first which gives you an opportunity, taking initiative and getting started before anyone else. What neyatmarketingpro has discovered that when you have an envision and have that advantage you don't use it for yourself, you use it to help others. See the leader doesn't cross the finish line first, thats the person who goes alone, thats a person who doesn't care, thats a person who doesn't try to bring people along and grow with them.

A leader will cross that finish line with people because they want others to have the same envision of success.

Discouragement

Discouragement is something that we all go through. I know for me I'm a very driven individual and I have moments when I walk in the house and I'm just beat. I believe the most important part that we need to understand is this great quote from one of my mentors "If we can control the space that is in between our ears, then we can control the dash between our ears". See we have a time of birth and a time of death, it's the dash  between the two that ultimately equate to our qualities of life. We can't control the time when your born or the time you will die. So it's that dash that represents the true journey of life. We together as a team will be able to overcome objection, discouragement, things that are negative by fueling our minds with positive people, positive messages. If not you will will continue to receive negative incouragement which will float in our heads, ruin our days, weeks our months until we get paralyzed and can't even move forward.  Do the following with your team:

1. Write a written list of when you were discouraged

2. Write a list of things you need to do to get your mind right


Our objective is to get our mind right on a regular basis, so the dash between your ears is life of joy,happiness, peace, vision, wisdom, clarity and success!

Promises

A close friend of the family who I looked up to as my role model taught me as a kid that when we make promises we keep it. He felt that was a bond of integrity between the person who made the promise and the person who receives it. I can remember as a young kid it was hard on myself because, I had the intendancy to want to please people and so I would say a lot of things that I probably didn't have no attention or no ability to bring able to complete. It was a lesson that I had to learn kind of the hard way because my role model didn't let me off as easy as I wanted him to when I didn't fulfill my promise.  And here is what he basically said "your word is your bond, what you say you need to do, so if your not going to do it then don't say it". A older man once said, "As a younger person what I had to learn was before I made the promise, I had to weigh the promise, ask myself is this something I can do, or is something I should do.  

So the next time your with someone and your trying to build a relationship of value, a relationship of trust and you cross that bridge of promise make sure you build it right and you cross it all the way.

Professionalism

The difference between a person who's  a profesional and a person who's a amateur, is that the amateur will sometimes produce and sometimes they won't. But, the professional has the level of excellence , that I would hope is so high that they always perform. The amateur if they feel like it they will do it, but if they don't feel like it they will stay home. The professional, they just do rather they feel like it or not. I have discovered the winners of life are those who do the right thing and they feel good and the losers of life are those who want to feel good before they do the right thing.  So, I would in courage us to set the bar high for each other, set the bar high for your team. Ask them to be professional! Do the right thing because it's the right thing. Do it rather they feel like it or not, be consistant in their performance.  I would suggest we sit down with our team and talk about professionalism today. Set the bar a little high and I would image people on your team will go up to where you set the bar.

Influential Leadership

When someone ask me to define the word leadership, I would always say leadership is influential nothing more, nothing less. If you can influence people they will follow you and yet, I never known anyone who didn't influence people and had a following. Now, how can you and I become influential?
It's very simple, everyday intentionally add value to people.If you everyday intentionally add value to people you will begin to have a positive influence on their life. Pretty soon they will want to be around you, pretty soon what you say or do will be very important to them. So, influential leadership describes what a leader is.


He/She is a person of influence!

When you hear the word Coachable what comes to your mind?

I know If I was asked this question years ago, I would say this has to do with coaching a basketball team. :) I love playing basketball and now I even coach boy's basketball for middle and high school.

But what does coachable mean?

Not only as a basketball coach but as an network professional I have realized that in order to become coachable you would have to be approachable. In other words, you have to be willing to let people come into your life. You have to be willing to let people talk into your life, perhaps have people tell you what you don't want to hear but are things that you need to hear. When I think about a person who is not coachable, I think of a person who is not willing to listen and correct his/her error or mistakes to get better.

But when I get around a coachable, approachable person I feel like sharing with them because they know that I'm not trying to hurt them, but I'm trying to help them.  It's like the work of a surgeon, yes! surgery perhaps hurts a little bit, but it's designed not to hurt you it's designed to help you.  There is always the hurt before the help. The coachable person understands that and are mature enough to say

Ok a little hurt today is worth it for a lot of help tomorrow.

How To Deal With Loneliness In MLM

Networking marketing is a lonely business. Building a big organization is a solo journey for the most part in many, many times it's lonely. Now, what do I mean by that?

1.When you decide to get into network marketing, most people in your life aren't in the same belief because they are still stuck in the matrix.  So that isolates you to a certain extinct.

2. Conventions or your local meetings are very important to help you to connect with different people.

There is really no difference in becoming an entrepreneur in any business, because once you become an entrepreneur your separating yourself from most of the people in the world. You become one of the 5%, which means 19 out of 20 people are not going down the same path your going down. But 1 out of 20 are! Some people will have that entrepreneur feeling while some will just have that fear and continue to be stuck. It's a true fact, and I have kind of embraced that all entrepreneurs going through the same challenge, all who is wishing for bigger things in life. Dealing with the loneliness that comes with searching for greatness. Once I embraced the fact this is what all entrepreneurs go through, I stepped into the leadership circle and accepted the fact most people are stuck in the matrix. Thats, when we can relax to start searching out. Which two things came to mind:

1. Find a friend in network marketing, like a work out partner who has the same energy as you or better.
2. Build relationship with other builders, people who you respect, a person who has the same passion as you do.

So if your feeling lonely in your business, wondering if you can handle it well my advice is to find that work out partner, find that friend build a relationship it will help you. Just understand that you are different , your special, your uncommon, your a Entrepreneur.

WORK ETHIC

Work ethic is something that i feel in america is starting to be lost. Just the value of good hard work and what the return is. If you travel internationally you could see work ethic establishments better then in our own country. Now, here is what i know there is always a price to pay before you reap the result to the reward.  And we all know that there is no such thing as a free lunch. So if you and I are aiming to get where we possibly want to be "on the front end",  we have to discipline ourselves and be willing to do our part to achieve the desired income that we want.

For example, when someone tells me they have a dream,  I would then ask them to tell me the dream. Then I say these words to them, "let me tell you the good news about the dream and let me tell you the bad news about the dream." The good news is Dreams are free, doesn't cost you anything to dream how big or what you want to be. The bad news is although the dream is free, the Journey isn't. You got to pay for it! 

A person with our work ethic, they are willing to pay the price today so they can reap and realize the dream tomorrow.

Destination

Where is your destination? We all have places to go or places we want to see! 

In life so many times we get destination conscious also known as destination illness. Which we postpone happiness and growth saying, once i get there everything will grow. What I discovered is that life is a journey not a destination and if I'm not happy where I am right now then I won' t be happy where I'm going. If I settled my issues now, I won't settle my issues then. 

The joy is in the journey not the destination!

Legacy must go on!

You never know what to expect until you lose someone dear to your heart. Hafeezah Nurid-din, 31 year old mother of four, a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and teacher was shot and killed by a stray bullet outside of her parents home in Overbrook of Philadelphia. This occurred on Saturday, October 7th 2012. Hafeezah had worked for years in the education program, as well as a counselor for special-needs children. She had opened Nur Academy with her siblings Latifah and Saeedah in August of 2010 located in Overbrook. Hafeezahs’ dream and high expectation was to see Nur Academy grow for all children from Pre-K thru 5th grade. She had sacrificed all she can to make sure the school was running properly and to become successful, but since her death it has been a major struggle. The school is in need of books, computers, teachers, renovation, etc. However, she always wanted her family and friends to be  a part of her dream, that is why it was easy for her oldest sister Saleemah Nurid-din to decide to take over the school responsibilities as Director.  Since than Saleemahs’ objective is to continue on her sisters’ legacy.  Nur Academy had recently partnered with Stream Energy to assist our supporters in doing what they do once a month: pay their energy bill. As younger kids, my brother and I always loved to help my mother and father around the house, rather it was cutting the grass to washing dishes after a good family dinner. As we got older we started to understand why our parents push us to follow this quote "NONE OF YOU TRULY BELIEVE UNTIL YOU WANT FOR YOUR BROTHER, WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF." Even though this statement is focused on a relationship towards brotherhood, this meaning goes towards all of humanity. This is the reason why my brother and I decided to start Neyat Marketingpro. Neyat means, "intentions"... in life, in order for you to become successful in anything, you will need good intentions for a good outcome. We have brought together a group of individuals who all have something in common...
